The challenge

Turning raw clips into a publishable video still means reviewing every file, finding usable moments, building a sequence, creating subtitles, reframing faces and balancing music. Most AI tools either hide the timeline or move the whole workflow into a cloud black box.

02 / RESPONSE

The solution

We built a desktop editor where ChatGPT acts as a director, not as the rendering engine. It receives the brief, transcript, timecodes, scene and technical metadata, then returns a structured first-cut plan. The application keeps source media, transcription, editing and export on the computer; optional reduced key frames are shared only with separate permission. Every AI decision remains editable on a normal timeline.
